Dusty Byrd

Dustu Byrd is the younger of Diwali and Jasmine's two sons. He was raised in a rather rough household, with his dad going in and out of jail for most of his childhood, mostly on armed robbery charges. Jasmine did her best to take care of Dustu and Mohe on her own, but regularly put the two kids to bed and drunk herself to sleep. Things only got worse at home when Dustu developed his ability to manipulate memories with a touch of his hands when he was roughly thirteen. Diwali figured out it was a bit easier to get money by having his son run a BLESSING SCAM, and he managed to stay out of jail and keep Dustu from getting in trouble.

Eventually though, it came apart, and Dustu and Mohe ended up getting removed to the household. Mohe eventually fought and gained custody of Dustu, and tried to keep a decent job and support his kid brother. It worked for a year, but there wasn't anything either could do. Mohe eventually convinced Dustu to go back to running blessing scams, and eventually got enough money together. The pair got a beat up motorhome and took the scam on the road, adding in new elements to draw in the new age spiritualists.

Eventually, Dustu and Mohe were approached by Megan Ward, another criminal über, who had a plan that could easily make more money than their blessing scam (according to her). Megan had figured out exactly who they'd need to pull of bank robbery: A memory manipulator, a speedster, and a shape shifter. She offered both of them a place in the group, and soon what would be known as the Byrd Gang started their crime spree.

Misc.:

• He hates the idea of killing someone. His gun is entirely to make the bank robberies go a little smoother.
• He's not easily annoyed, but attempting to pronounce Dustu despite being told to call him Dusty gets on his nerves quickly.
• Dustu loves to joke and relax. He's also a huge show off.
• Dustu has the spade tattoo on his wrist, and a king of spades card tattooed on his shoulder.
