Wetherby

A kindly man who's trying his best, but seems to always mess up somehow, Wetherby is followed by a consistent bad luck. Though he is earnestly trying to be a good person, he can never seem to avoid disaster after disaster. He's largely seen as unreliable, and several of his coworkers have tried to convince the manager to keep him away from WAW-level or higher abnormalities, fruitless as their endeavors have been.
