Vixtoria

Vixtoria is the queen of Zombies in a world full of political unrest and rebellion, plagued with a zombie apocalypse with varying different strains. Originally a human rebel, she was bitten by a starving zombie and her former friends left her for dead. Depending on the severity and variation of the strain contracted, it can result in symptoms anywhere from minor motor control issues and a hunger for human flesh whilst retaining sentience, to the more classic rabid monsters that are essentially husks. Vixtoria was lucky enough to contract the former, but was distraught by the betrayal of her comrades. In a mentorship from another zombie with the same strain as her, she built a hierarchy to rule and bend the zombies to her will, eventually exacting revenge. Since she commands a huge force of nearly unstoppable fighting machines, the human government has been forced to bargain and make cautious treaties with her. Part of the city is sectioned off for her people, and humans have theirs. Tresspassers on either side are left at the mercy of the respective powers. Outside the city is no man's land for either party. Vixtoria's conquering is met with joy from the zombies and she is hailed as their Queen, also referred to as "Lordess" from time to time.
