Vektor is the ex-boss and best friend of Redd Carver. Before the slaughterhouse shut down, he always sold very sketchy meat. No one knows what the meat ever was, because no one ever bought the meat. Vektor has the mentality of a toddler, which leaves Redd in a protective position of Vektor.
