PERSONALITY: usually annoyed and/or sad, has a temper, quiet

NOTES: he is an experiment to control the human population, he is normally feather-winged, but when he is tasked to kill or is particularly mad, his feathers fall off and reveal webbed-wings. The feathers grow back in only a minute or two once he has gotten control of himself again.
