Cherry is a witch who hangs around the less savory (or as she would put it, fun) areas of Summer City. Dahlia encountered her when she first arrived, and instead of swindling her, Cherry decided to take the girl under her wing and give a fellow witch a break. She also later saved Kandy from getting destroyed in a bar fight. She's kind of the reluctant grumpy mom of the group.
