TLDR; Really dumb alien that came to earth to do research but doesn't know anything about anything, probably hit his head or something when he came I don't know- He records people with a really big TV , uses really bad costumes and likes Titanic

sO I had this dream after watching the sonic movie- 

There was this really dumb alien that was doing research on earth culture, but all his information was either erroneous or really outdated. So when he wanted to ask questions to the people he would use this ugly, nightmare-like rat costume -actually it was just the head of the costume - and record people with a device SHAPED LIKE A TV because he believed that way people would feel more comfortable.

I was just thinking in the whole dream how dumb he was-Also he had a liking for Titanic and Leonardo DiCaprio? But he didn't saw the movie???

All and all he had a cute face and voice...and I have a soft spot for dumb characters so I gave him a design based on what I remembered
