He-Harii Ra

Rah is a creature born of chaos and light. He doesn't try to cause trouble for other people, but he does have an access of power that sometimes warps things around him. Often times, these accidental changes will cause him to react to them much like any other bystander might. That or he gets flustered and tries to fix it, which usually results in more trouble...

He can control the powers enough to alter his own movements (disappear, re-appear, fly without wings, things like that) or to shape-shift (He retains his colors, though his markings might change. Can't hold the new form for more than an hour or two at most)
