My Adoptable TOS as of September 29, 2023.

🚫 Do not use my designs for anything hateful. Homophobes, transphobes, racists, bigots in general, and p*dophiles are not allowed to own my designs. My designs may not be used for N/F/Ts or ai use and i will take the design away from you if you're found doing this with 0 refunds. If you offer crypto as payment its an auto block and blacklist 🚫

Redesign

You are allowed to change the design as you wish. Please just keep the original design in the gallery, even if the image is hidden.

If a character is fat you are not allowed to make them skinny. Skinny designs body types can always be changed, though.

You are not allowed to make any trans characters cis. 

You can make skintones darker but DO NOT make them lighter (do not whitewash).

Do not edit my art of the design or anyone elses art without permission. If you want to turn a design I made into an existing closed species (CS), please ask me first. No need to ask to make a CS design not CS, though.

Resell/ trading

You can resell for how much money you paid for them + any paid commissions. Retrade and gifting also okay. No commercial use allowed at this time

If won in a free raffle type event, you are NOT allowed to resell the standalone design. However, if you have commissioned art you may trade /resell for the commissions worth. 

If anyone is found breaking my rules you will be blacklisted.
