Sorry its long, My TOS is a lot more lax than it looks, I just try to be as thorough as possible! :)

General Disclaimers

- You cannot place your own TOS over my designs. Your personal rules do not overwrite mine. For clarification this means you may not create your own rules/terms of service on designs created by me. Owners of my designs are only asked to follow my terms of service as the creator and rules/terms placed by a third party are not valid

- Once a design leaves my ownership, I am not responsible for anything the creator does with it. I do not control whatever kind of narrative anyone places on characters they own and if you feel someone is doing something unsavory with my design that they own, please refrain from associating me with it and making it my problem to deal with because it's not.

Design Rules

- REDESIGNS AND SPLITS: You may redesign non closed species designs as much as you want but you must still credit me as the original creator. Have fun! You may edit the original image I drew of the design but please keep a copy of the original image I made somewhere. Also no NSFW edits to my art please. Please do not Split any of my designs unless it is such massive overhaul that it counts as an entirely different character at that point. Minor changes do not count. If you're unsure, ask!

- DELETION OFF TOYHOUSE: Please keep my designs on toyhouse if they're already here and refrain from deleting them or reuploading them, it makes proof of ownership muddy. This isn't a hard rule, but be aware that I am not responsible if a design gets stolen due to you deleting the profile and someone else reuploading it and crediting me. In that same vein please also know I will not handle any kind of co-ownership disputes between owners. I'd prefer a character to only have one profile if co-owned.

- COMMERCIAL USE: You can use my designs in your stories/projects/make merch of them etc etc etc I typically do not charge fees for this *** I just ask that you do not make merch out of the artwork that I drew specifically unless we discuss some kind of royalties/commercial fee for that specific art. You can get fursuits of my designs but if you as a suit maker buy a design specifically just to sell as a suit adopt then I will probably have to charge you more because you're using my work purely for profit.
*** Companies using my designs need to pay commercial usage fees, though.

- OPEN/CLOSED SPECIES OF MY DESIGNS: I make a lot of designs that are just random creatures and are not part of any open/closed species. Please don't take these designs and turn them into a closed or open species! (Turning them into a species for your personal OC lore/ story/world is fine! Just not any kind of adoptable community species, if that makes sense). Please don't make breedables of my designs either.

- RESALE/TRADING OF MY DESIGNS: I'd rather you not resell for more than you purchased it with unless it has extra art. This isn't a rule I plan to monitor but just be realistic about it please. Artwork you make does count towards its worth though! :) Additionally, If you get my design for free I'd rather you not sell it unless extra artwork is added. The art can be made by your or others, I don't mind! Just as long as it has something. Trading a free design is fine though.

- CHARACTER REVOCATION: I do not revoke characters no matter how much I may dislike someone. The ONLY time an oc will go under my ownership again is if you file a chargeback, because you are taking back your money and therefor undoing the sale. That's it.

- NSFW POLICY: NSFW Artwork of my adoptables/designs is allowed if you own them! Please do not draw unsolicited NSFW of characters that I own though.

BLACKLIST: (note - if you are blocked, but not blacklisted, assume I still don't want you owning my stuff.) If you own a design of mine prior to be blacklisted you may keep it as I do not revoke designs

Please keep in mind that me blacklisting someone is not any kind of statement on anyone's character or morality. Me blacklisting someone does not mean they are "bad" people, they're just users I specifically don't feel comfortable with owning my designs at this time. I don't like call out posts or drama so i will often not elaborate to strangers why these people are listed here, so don't ask. This list can change at any time for any reason without warning.
