DESIGN T.O.S
- Once bought, you may alter it however you like (changing the design, name, etc.) THIS DOES NOT MEAN DRAWING OVER *MY* ART. be respectful to me.
- Commissioner/Buyer MUST let me create the character profile FIRST. This is to ensure proof the design originally came from me (via toyhouse's transfer history.) It helps prove that the design is genuine!
- Do not delete/reupload the profile immediately after i transferred it to you.
- Secondly, please sell/transfer the character before deleting/moving your account- This loses the character profile, all art and ownership history. Furthermore, this can lead to confusion and especially character theft. I will not help you track down who owns what character.
- When selling a design, please use a watermark on top of the reference sheet, only when bought should the buyer be provided the full! This is to minimize theft.
- Do not sell the characters for profit. (more than what YOU paid for.)
