History

Designed to be cute and cuddly, Rupert has grown bitter and resentful over the years as his owner tossed him aside when they got too old for him.

He left his home and family behind, was viciously attacked by a gang of thugs, but proved clever enough to survive, and was thusly brought into the world of crime by someone who saw his potential.

Job

He works as the second hand to a boss of a smuggling ring. Same owner as Marco and Polo. Rupert devices most of the plans around the ring, makes sure people stay in line, and handles negotiation with clients.
(his special talent is making everyone believe the situation is under control, even if it's complete chaos).
