He has trouble controlling his emotions now, as the Possessor amplifies them at all times.
Abilities/Powers: Can talk to glitches(communicate with them), control glitches, create glitches, mod/hack glitches, manipulate his glitch arm/face(basically turn it into whatever he wants, the arm is easy, the face not so much), can briefly use the abilities of a video game character when he has the game, and possess others(look to S1 E4 and S2 E6, Possessors can influence people to think like them if strong enough).

Design Notes:
The left half of his teeth are sharp, his left eye's pupil is like a long diamond/slit, and his glitch arm/face is pretty solid, though his face is glitchy. Also he is wearing a sort of lab coat with the collar popped up! Also for his hair, he shaved the under of his right side, so the hair that flops to that side is all that's left.
For his full form, he has a full mouth of fangs, and two large fangs from the bottom jaw that protrude his mouth.

Backstory:
Lucas was a Glitch Tech (Watch Glitch Techs on Netflix on that), but then he met Emma. He wanted a glitch companion pet and she helped him pick one out. He would come to her office whenever he could and they'd hang out, taking care of the glitches, or just talking. Soon, Lucas became very particular of glitches, and started hating Hinobi for not only not taking care of their tech from the start, but making their employee's capture them in "inhumane" ways. He knew glitches had more sentience than anyone gives them credit for, and he wanted to prove it. He was going to capture a glitch and try to reason with it, and if he succeeded, Emma would help as well.
That night, a glitch alerted his gauntlet, but when he met up with it, it turned out to be a Possessor; an incredibly rare glitch that is only ever seen once or twice in a lifetime. The Possessor latches onto a human host and turns the victim into a video game character of whatever game they were playing at the moment.
He felt that having a human host would make it easier to reason and it almost worked, until his brother, Pierce, showed up. An a-hole tech that only lives for the XP and loves to beat up on his little brother. He attacked the glitch and aggravated it until the cavalry arrived and took care of it.
The kid that the Possessor took hold of was in a permanent coma because they were too late to remove it. Phil took Lucas' gauntlet because of his foolishness. Lucas became enraged and guilty and so broke into Hinobi, taking the glitch's cell and breaking it, releasing it, and getting possessed by it. He ran back to his apartment, Pierce showed up, and he ran again. A couple of weeks passed before he went back to Hinobi to try to convince Emma to help him show the others that the glitch was sentient and was genuinely good. He takes his gauntlet back as well as Chompers, a Chomp Kitty Emma had and booked it once more techs arrived.
He slowly grew his army of glitches until he is what he is now: Bolypius, King of Glitches.

Phantom: Phantom is the Possessor Glitch that is now latched onto Lucas. She went by Bolypius before, but after being connected to him for so long, they both lost their real names, and together are Bolypius. Phantom is intelligent and does not want to hurt anyone, the only reason she has to find a human host is because if she doesn't, she won't get the energy she needs and will die.
