Hunter was an only child, and was very close with their little cousin. Their mother worked very hard to keep them both afloat, and it was through this they learned the value of the little things.

They volunteered for soup kitchens and at shelters as much as they could, though most wouldn’t take them due to their age. They spent a lot of time with their little cousin, encouraging them in their desire to learn as much as possible. Hunter liked working with them, being able to help kindly shape this child into the best they could be.

So when they went missing, Hunter chased right after them.

They had to force their way past Toriel, appealing to the sore spot of losing a small child, but even when they got past, there was no sign. Trudging through the snow, through the water, past the flowers, and the heat, they still couldn’t find them. And when they went to get help, well…
