These are Intashia's and they are koi cats, they use their tail in the water to swim. Their legs become invisible when they touch the water and they have one eye that helps them see underwater. If their tail is dragged too much they become only active in the water. On land, the tail is sleep/passed out but in water, it's active and alive steering and helping them paddle.
