"Well, isn't that just swell!"

Dizzy, or "Diz" for short, is 10 years old. Nobody knows where she came from.

Dizzy is outgoing, friendly, and talkative, with no apparent knowledge of what an "indoor voice" is. She's known for being bubbly and a bit of an oddball, and some have said she gives off the vibe of a 30s cartoon, such as using phrases and terms that were common at the time (e.g. "swell"), and emphasizing her movements like a rubberhose-styled character.
Her seemingly boundless energy and chattiness can often make her come off as obnoxious, and she can be clingy to people she calls friends, but she really doesn't mean any harm. She's just a bit dense, and all she wants in the end is to make friends and make people happy.
