Victoria "Tori" Steelburn

Tori's a water genasi; specifically she's a plane-touched halfling, because I find it stupid that only humans are allowed to be plane touched normally. She's a moon druid, and has an affinity for elemental based magic in particular but, y'know, being a druid, she's not limited to that.

Tori's shave is around each side of her head and she has snow-themed patterns shaved into it on each side too. It's kinda a mohawk? She's also pretty skinny but tends to wear multi-layer garmets (eg corsets, thick cloaks) to hide that. She's a little over 4', I'm not fussed exactly how tall she gets drawn at any point.

She was always a little weird and also always had a bit of affinity for water, but she was ultimately chosen by a high up member of the water elemental nobility (the opal prince) to be a representative for one of 12 lesser marid lords. Specifically she serves Delta. 

She got bullied pretty harshly as a kid for being Tall and A Weirdly Wet Child and thus never fit in with halflings, bar her family. She's still pretty small, but just tall for a halfling. At this point she's good enough controlling water to have been able to change the droplets that form on her skin constantly into being a very thin layer of ice. She's got vitiligo. Her skin all gradually faded to a bluish tone but also patches of bright blue developed on top of the light blue. So it's the other way around from in human vitiligo but it's the closest word I have for it.

She's got two twin younger siblings (one brother and one sister), who are quite literally her little siblings. Tori insists she's the big sibling. Which she is, but that's really not saying much. Her dad's a farmer, her mum's a midwife. Pretty generic working class family, ya get me?

She's kinda abrasive but not very strongly so until you start acting weird to her, but then she goes REALLY abrasive if you tick her off. She's meant to be a sass ball and to drop sass like confetti at anyone who deserves it, but to ultimately be well intentioned with everything... except being really hecking vengeful when someone ticks her off. 

She has a teeny tiny frog familiar who is Extremely Round and needs a proper name still and is blue. She loves her lil frog buddy. She knows how ridiculous he is. She's allowed to have a ridiculous familiar. 

Tori's a lesbian, making her a gay-nasi.

She does not get on with our fighter (Doe's old partner) thanks to him flirting with her instantly by using the message spell before even talking to her and flirting in a way that picked on her height, and then insulting her intelligence and getting weirdly sexual with asking where her vitiligo goes to. Tori's response was a disgusted face and "ew" and then accepting the job of throwing sass at him whenever it's called for. She's also accepted that he might just. Casually not get healing when he goes down in combat. The guy's nearly twice her height, instantly insulted her and harassed her, and has no sense of her head being a private space. Of course she doesn't like him. 

Meanwhile she kinda got posed as a murderer by our now ex-fighter because of a minor misunderstanding... He wanted the reincarnate spell used on him so decided to trigger the chain of events needed as prerequisites for that... and Tori didn't realise that he would just do that so quickly, so didn't think to warn about not doing it instantly... And she didn't want to share what it was that made him so uncomfy that he wanted to do that with the guy who was harassing her, bc she figured that'd lead to this other guy getting harassed too, so didn't mention it initially and tried bluffing and it Did Not Suffice. So now he thinks she's a murderer... Despite her being the one who brought the ex-fighter back to life. She's not mad at the reincarnated peep, she didn't give a fair warning, and it was mutually consensual weirdness. But she's mad she had to say what made the reincarnated peep uncomfy as she thinks it's going to get him picked on and also she doesn't get why they should be mad at her after repairing the damage and with that prior consent...
