fostered to human parents who had their own human kid and was kinda like that kids pet but also little brother and it was weird. human bro feels guilty for being a tool back in the day and tries to make it up to cc but cc's like "whatever man!" and does his own thing - which is owning and operating a small local delivery biz using his cool motorcycle he got from bro's guiltmoney (woohoo for guilt!)
