He's tiny My D and D character, a halfling bard named Foot. He can play a trumpet, tell great jokes, and literally insult people to death (the cantrip spell vicious mockery) He's really persuasive and great at costumes On the downside he's an impulsive liar, self centered, relatively chaotic, tiny (literally 3 feet 5 in, tall for a halfling, but...) and bad at fighting
