Velvet is a dark soul with a love for all things black, pink, and/or glittery. She’s often told she can’t be a true goth for liking pink and glitter, but she digresses when it’s brought up. Aside from her unusual fashion, she’s known for her quickie job as a doll-maker, particularly Ball joint doll style dolls. Velvet finds nothing more rewarding than taking the time to sculpt life into a doll, or as she knows for some, an emotional support companion. Each doll is lovingly crafted in clay before being sent off to be casted, so she can make and sell her creations.
Aside from selling basic dolls she’s made, she also enjoys making complete art dolls where she sews the entire outfit. This skill was picked up from her sewing a good portion of her own gothic wardrobe. When not working on dolls, she loves to read a good book, visit a convention, or take a doll out for photography.
