One of the original humans who crossed over into this world and overtook it, has been continuously moving from body to body in order to stay alive and maintain his rule over the city (and world). Used to only possess human children, up until he got his hands on a pretty avaxi body and decided he liked it very much . . .  

PERSONALITY

• Impulsive, emotional, uncontrolled
• Self-indulgent, totally immoral, sociopathic
• Obsessive, manipulative, utterly ruthless
  • Rules over Arcadia with an iron fist
  • Due to his extensive mastery over other people's lives and minds, he tends to consider them as toys for his entertainment
  • Likes to "collect" people, but tires of them quickly
  • Wants to have someone he wouldn't get tired of, if that is even possible . . .

POWERS

• Mastery - complete mental manipulation ability, citywide range; effectiveness drops the further the distance, can be resisted against by people with strong willpower, doesn't affect golems/robots/etc
  • Illusion - uses his mental powers to cast illusions
  • Pain Sense - able to sense the mental wounds of a person
  • Conversion - claims someone as a "disciple"; the target will is bent and the target is forced to act in accordance to the will and interests of the user. Able to channel his abilities through the target, target also maintains their own abilities and personality. Requires eye contact to cast, only able to claim up to twelve at a time, conversion slowly wears off if the disciple leaves his range, conversion does not have any lingering effects and cannot be used on the same person twice. Usually forces disciples to kill themselves once he is done with them
  • Overwrite - a more complete version of conversion, able to copy his own mental patterns entirely onto a new body; works much better on people with weak wills and normally uses it on children. Same limitations as conversion, however if overwrite wears off then that person gains complete immunity to his mental abilities
• Benediction - able to temporarily or permanently increase someone's abilities, able to grant abilities to someone without them, requires some level of consent, leaves a lingering mental compulsion once the blessing has been removed, may force the target to bear the burden of their ability usage once benediction's effect wears off
• Telekinesis - came with the body; limited to moving himself, the satelle, and small objects directly connected to and/or within a short distance from his body

WEAKNESSES

• While not physically fragile thanks to his avaxi body, his ability to fight alone is severely limited
• Gets tired out if overusing his powers
• His real body is still alive somewhere, and destroying it will cripple his abilities. Needs to get within a 3-kilometer range of his body at least once a week to maintain the overwrite
• Particularly vulnerable to dimensional magic
• Cannot affect robots, golems or corruption

NOTES

• Likes handsome older brothers, sexy nuns, and cute little brothers in an excessive and very dangerous way
• The body he uses is technically female, for all the difference it makes
  • It would also be ridiculously powerful if it ever got loose of the mind control
