Mr. Steele is known as an infamous con-artist as well as the owner of the casino known as Poseidon's Realm. The deep, purple, velvety inside of the establishment radiates off a sense of wealth and prosperity, when in reality the majority of people who even dare step foot in the building lose more than half of the savings in their wallet due to either their own gambling urges or they fell victim to the owners persuasive telekenisis. Thorne can often be seen walking around inside, actually. He's either talking to the employees or simply staring at the many patrons that spilled out their bank account to the addictive games.

On the topic of Thorne's powers, the overall gist of it is telekinesis. He can talk to others through their mind as well as "send" images. He can usually trick people as using this as their "subconscious", thus earning them being inevitably bankrupt at the end of their night at Poseidon's Realm. He can also use the two tentacles at the base of their tail as a secondary pair of arms. Because of this, he's relatively good at multitasking.

Overall, Thorne's a scheming casino owner who's in it for (other people's) money. He can tend to be rather greedy because of this, but he does have somewhat of a "heart".

Thorne can appear intimidating at first glance, and he definitely acts like it. His smooth, calm voice makes best in manipulating situations. Although, he's very clingy and overprotective of the ones that grow close to him, having a rather kind heart towards those who do become his friends. This effect is boosted with any partner he may have.

Telekinesis
This had been vaguely described before, but I'll say it again.  Thorne can talk and send images to others minds. Technically, speak telepathically. He appears nonchalant while doing so, but if done in large crowds and/or done too long, he can begin to have a ripping headache. Maybe even lethargic and nauseous, depending on the severity.

Physical ability
Thorne is not the best at anything physical. Let's using fighting as an example. He isn't all too strong, for one, the most he can do is throw a few punches. He doesn't like physical confrontation anyways, as he often fails at it.

Smarts
Now, he's very intelligent. His brain is where his power is. He finds it easy to just soak up information and he learns quickly. A quick-witted personality helps him think up of things on the spot, so it can be pretty hard to catch him off-guard. It's almost like he expects things sometimes, but he finds it easy to keep his cool in unexpected situations.

Manipulation
This can be paired up with his intelligence, but because of it he can find ways around manipulating. This is mostly used for money gain and nothing more. He doesn't like to emotionally manipulate someone, if that makes any sense. Manipulation for money? Yes. Doing it long term for stuff outside of money? No. Besides from fooling around occasionally of course, he finds it humorous to find people become mildly frightened whenever he's bored.
