Cherub

Cherub is a wingless Wyvernling - a smaller, way weaker subtype of wyverns that manage to survive mostly thanks to their instinct, bravery and intelect. Yet, because Cherub was born without wings, he was in way greater danger than his other peers could ever be, since for a Wyvernling to remain on ground all the time, is like a deathwish.

Because of that, he was forced underground, where huge Wyverns and other dragon-likes wouldn't be able to get. He managed to discover a cave system that had both many safe spaces and food needed for survival. Many bugs and smaller creatures, combined with alive mushroom creatures were his main diet but sometimes he was forced to get outside of his caves to seek more satisfying meals -- and also water. There were a few water spots in caves, but they usually were visited by other, bigger creatures, since they were in places spacious enough for others to get in too.

Cherub lived most of his life in solitude, but he warmly welcomes his kin and always gives them shelter to the best of his abilities. Of course, never for nothing. He loves giving others shelter in exchange of some help or food that he can't get himself - since traveling long distances isn't possible for him. Fruits and meats from afar were always his biggest joy, but same goes for 'toys', which more than often are unique shells, rocks or other things that one can find common or boring. To Cherub they are like magic artefacts, showing him part of the world unknown to him, magical and mysterious.

His biggest dream is to one day travel far, far away and visit all those places he heard about from other Wyvernlings. The huge and wast sea, the tremendously giant mountains covered in snow, jungles full of trees and insect, and many, many, other places. Simply visiting them, seeing them, enjoying them for a bit. Such a simple dream he has, but just as simple as it is, it's also so hard for it to come to fruition.
