✧ Design TOS:

This includes new designs I make and ALL designs I have created in the past, including species. Older designs (pre-2017) will be a lot more flexible in usage since this TOS did not exist then, however for any more recent designs (post-2017) many of these rules were becoming implemented over time!

If you break any of these rules and I no longer feel comfortable with you owning my designs, you will be blocked and blacklisted. Anyone knowingly interacting with blacklisted users and actively still selling/trading/gifting my designs to them will also be blacklisted.

Credit & Usage:

• Do not steal or copy my designs.
• Designs created by me should be credited to this account as I do not go by any other usernames on TH! If they are not properly credited (example: being credited via link only) then they may not be official and proceed with caution if doing business with this user.
• Please feel free to use my designs however you wish so long as they are credited! You may also edit them as much as you like, but please do not edit any of my artwork. Permission to redesign =/= permission to edit any of my artwork!
• You may use my designs as sonas, converting to other species (CS or not), etc. If you ever have any questions regarding my comfort with conversions, please contact me at any time! For trading/selling/gifting info, see below.
• You cannot use a TOS specifically for my designs to combat mine.
• You may NEVER use my designs for offensive, hateful, discriminatory, and/or controversial works.
• I do not condone NFTs or training AI using my work. This will result in an immediate blacklist.

Selling, Trading, & Gifting:
• You may sell, trade, or gift any of my designs! This does include selling them for more than you paid to some extent (see below).
• Do not make an edit/redesign of my designs and then sell only the original by me. It must come as part of the full bundle as the edited/redesigned version is part of the original design since you would be using my work as direct inspiration.
• Do not scalp/sell my designs for profit unless you have permission from me to do so. By my definition, a scalper is a person that purchases a design for the purpose of selling it significantly higher than what it was bought for. If you are having a financial emergency, however, please notify me ahead of time and I'd be more than happy to try and help you out to the best of my ability! If I have suspicions that you are using my designs for a quick profit, I will blacklist you.
• In addition, you may not auction off my designs without my permission. This includes offers or Offer to Adopts (OTAs) where "bidding" is encouraged or allowed. This has happened numerous times before and has made me extremely uncomfortable.
• Do not sell/trade/gift any of my designs to softlisted or blacklisted users. Any designs that have even passed through someone on my blacklist will be voided and both softlisted & blacklisted users do not have my permission to use ANY of my artwork. Please take caution if you think they're using an alt account I may not have listed as well.
• I reserve all rights to update these rules when needed. Breaking my TOS will result in an immediate blacklist as I've been too lenient in the past, especially when there's evidence involved.

Please do not harass these users. I block and softlist/blacklist users that have either done something wrong in the past, or they heavily associate with and support someone who has. This is for my own personal comfort and experience.
