Physical Description:

 

Sala is a small woman of heavyset build. She enjoys feeling like a pampered Western princess.

She has two-toned hair: blonde and brown, and has warm brown eyes. Her hair is tied messily in a bun.

Sala is a member of King Azazel's personal guard, a small group of individuals tasked with defending his person and causing the destruction of Tiene Hills. A child from her former Orphanage, Lee Blume, is a member.

She loves to dress herself up, and often changes up her outfit twice on any given day. Makeup is her passion, and she wears a ton. Purple eyeshadow is one of her favorite things.

Personality:

 

No matter what the situation, no matter how many years pass, Sala Durant exudes confidence.

Witty, charming, and with an air of Eastern Holloway decadence, Sala's alluring personality draws in unsuspecting people with a weakness for flashy smiles. Even before her arrest following The Happening, Sala carried ambition with her everywhere she went, letting no one stand in her way--determined to make it to the top.

Naturally, this drive has lead her to some pretty bad places, and allowed her to do some reprehensible things...her unnatural hatred for children often leading her into uncharacteristic frustration fits.

Her hatred for one particular "child" stands out above all others, and when the opportunity to turn him arises, Sala will take great pleasure in breaking him apart.

Although she has a personal distaste for King Azazel, and the rest of the Personal Guard, Sala grins and bears it. She works under Azazel as gratitude for him releasing her from prison, and also to further her own personal goals...

Strengths & Weaknesses:

 

Sala's strength is her amazing power of manipulation. No matter the situation, Sala holds herself with grace, and always seems to know what the right thing to say is. She understands people, their hearts and their desires. To manipulate's peoples whims easily, whether it be through blackmail or skillful coercision. She has very little remorse for doing so, especially if you're a child. 

But when it comes to her weaknesses, Sala is a very bad fighter, and no good at defending herself. Sure, she's great with her words, but in a fight she stands no chance. She's got a weakness to wine, and is easily annoyed by children and pesky people like Locke and King Azazel.

Bonus Facts:

 

-The rod that holds her bun together is like a pen, she can take off the top. Inside is a sharp needle laced with poison.

-She has a mole on her right cheek, she uses makeup to cover it up.

-Sala grew up in Southwest Holloway, where the city meets the suburbs. She was incredibly close to her father, Alistair Durant, until he disappeared one day--leaving Sala alone with her terminally ill mother and three infant triplet brothers. Sala has never forgiven him for this, and this began her mutual hatred of both children and men.
