Sad sorta-furry guy I made for a weirder story once.  Still like his concept, just not sure where to put him.  He comes from a race of people that are all identical and who don't sleep, subsisted by the magical ash of the volcano they toil inside day and night.

Turns out, a long enough distance away from this volcano, and sleep comes naturally.  Turns out, sleeping turns you into a monster.  Who knew!
