Alcor, otherwise known as MOON, TERRA's (and the rest of MW's) handler.

- Age unknown | he/him
- Is basically R&D for the entirety of MW, despite being TERRA's only support.
- For some reason, he tolerates PLUTO.
- Doesn't often talk outside of missions, briefings, and meetings.
- Rarely gets any sleep, and when he does, no one can find or contact him. (It's rumored that PLUTO can contact him, but everyone is afraid to ask.)
- It's rumored that he was once a PLUTO moon...or was her handler...or was...yea no one knows, there's a lot of rumors.
- Is very much so feared (makes at least one PLANET cry a week).
- Magic has something to do with knowledge or sight.

Some notes:
- Everyone is pretty sure his cardigan/shirt combo is actually one piece of clothing and that he just wears a tank underneath (they are right).
- He has several prominent scars on his hands, and a lot of light ones.
- Socks are funny patterned.
- Usually looks tired. If he doesn't, something is wrong.
