If you have any questions about my TOS or my wording, feel free to ask me about it!

By owning my designs, you agree to my TOS even if you neglect to read them. This applies to all designs i have created regardless of how they were acquired.

USAGE

-my designs are for personal use only, please do not use them commercially.

-you may change, edit, or alter the design in anyway you see fit. you do not need to ask permission to do so

-if buying a deisgn directly from me and you want edits to the design, please ask. i am willing to do edits to any design i sell. Please DO NOT edit my art yourself.

-do not use my designs to promote offensive, hurtful, or immoral content. this includes any sort of bigotry & things like pedophilia or zoophilia.

CREDITS

-please provide me proper credit for the design where appropriate

-you may take credits for edits/alterations, but i must always be credited as the original designer regardless of how many alterations are made.

RESALE OR REHOMING

-you may resell, trade, or gift my designs as you wish.

-please try to price fairly if you choose a resale price for any of my characters.

-i would very much prefer you bought the design because you wanted it / thought you wanted it and not because you want to immediately flip/ trade it

-do not rehome designs that include NSFW artwork to minors unless the art is removed from the character's gallery first
