Ollie is an incredibly shy, little owl that loves to read all kinds of books. He is quite easy to irritate (especially when someone bad-mouths his favourite books - he loves Tolkien), he then puffs up and blushes, making an angry face. He forgets about his shyness for a second and tells that person what he thinks about them.
