He can perfectly adapt his behaviour to the situation, never lose his cool and doesn't let himself be swallowed by anger. He can properly use the tone of his voice to evoke specific emotions in the interlocutor such as fear or even trust. Casimir makes decisions based on the anticipated benefits. In an instant a friend can turn into an enemy and vice versa as long as he sees the gain in it.
He doesn't share his past with a random strange, so you too will not get that honor yet. It is enough for you to know that this cat has got into some serious trouble. Each day is an escape for him though he never explicitly stated that he regretted his actions. Well, if possible he would repeat them. Usually he finds himself a temporary safe spot where he tries to gain as much as possible and then disappears avoiding the pursuers at the last moment.
