Hikumi is a quiet and serious girl in general... however, she gets quite angry when she gets on her nerves, a common trait in her family.

After her father's unexplained disappearance, she started investigating on her own for a while in the hope of finding something about his whereabouts, but she barely managed to find anything. Thanks to this she decided to go to the headquarters of ARGON L.I.A. since that is where her father worked before disappearing, with some problems in between, she achieved her goal of becoming part of the agency, although she is still in a probationary state by the agency.

She is usually shown as a determined and sensible girl, she does not rest until she gets what she wants, even if it takes her years, she also has a great intelligence and cunning when it comes to act, always planning what she is going to do in advance and the possible routes that can happen in the process. Although thanks to her little patience she can become very aggressive with others, but she inherited her mother's self-control, as she says, despite not having met her. You could almost say she is a reflection of her beloved father.

She lives alone in an apartment, although she has money and a big house, she prefers not to make it known for security reasons and lest people think she is a spoiled child. It must be said that she literally lives alone, as she doesn't know any other relatives, so it discourages her to think that perhaps she is the only one left in the Takamura family... she hopes that this is not the case, and hopes that the feeling of loneliness that she hates so much will leave her alone once and for all.
