Gale & Hayes Damanhi

Drayven was only 7 years old when the accident happened. His father, too was abusive, and One night when Drayven laid in bed trying to ignore the fact his parents were fighting he heard the screams of pain and fear in his mother, Gale's, voice. Hayes pushed Gale causing her to bump into the nightstand which was holding a lit oil lamp which resulted in a crazy fire. Within secondst they were surrounded by the fire. There was a loud cracking. He looked up to see a beam falling; he tried to warn them but there was nothing they could do. The huge wooden beam fell on them killing them instantly.

Refusing to believe they were dead tried to pull their bodies out; ignoring the pain that his hand was burning in the fire. The beam was too heavy; he couldn't pull them out. A second beam was about to come crashing down right on him as well. The edge of the beam slashed his eye and bumped his head causing him to pass out amongst the flames. While he was unconscious, the fire kept spreading, so close to him his ear caught fire and burned right off. When he came to, he was afraid, so he ran ou the nearest window and into the darkness. A cars bright lights stunned him. He stood too frozen to move when a strong force pushed him aside, barley avoiding death.
