Adoptable T.O.S

General

• All my adopts come with a Toyhouse profile. I do prefer you or the person you end up giving this character to has a toyhouse account.

• You are allowed to redesign the adopt, just don't go so overboard I can't recognize it from the original. I'd love to see what is created though! Don't remove my credit however as I'm still the original designer.

Resells/Trades

• Its highly prefered that you own a character for 2 months ATLEAST before considering to get rid of them rather it be selling, trade, art, etc. I highly discourage impulse buying and regretting it later.

• You can resell, trade, etc BUT for no more then what you got it for unless there is extra artwork involved.

• If the adopt was gotten for FREE you cannot resell but you CAN regift, trade or raffle it away.

Payment/Holds

• Currency payments must be done within 48 hours either through Paypal or Ko-Fi, If you are having troubles let me know.

• All art payments must be done within a month. If you cannot complete it within that time I can give an extension. If I do not hear from you within a month, with no extension, the adopt goes back up.

• I will do holds of a character for a MAX of 2 weeks, afterwards they will go back up.
