Can usually be found running about the streets of Equestria during Nightmare Night nabbing candy from both the young and old alike without a single care. They tend to have the jitters by the end of the night after eating all that stolen candy.
Reliable methods to turn to in order to confirm whether or not they're out on the prowl is if one's teeth begin to ache without cause or if a Hansel-and-Gretel-like trail of delicious candies are found.
Rumoured to be an unintended product of a tad too much candy being thrown into a cauldron by an either inexperienced or careless witch. Perhaps they were meant to be some sort of potion?
