The name Adriel is translated from the Hebrew word עַדְרִיאֵל (ad-ree-ale'), which means "my help is God" or "flock of God". עַדְרִיאֵל comes from two Hebrew words: עֵ֫דֶר (ay'-der) and אֵל (ale). עֵ֫דֶר (ay'-der) means "flock" and comes from another Hebrew word - עָדַר (aw-dar') - that means "to dig" or "to arrange". אֵל (ale) means "God".

Appearance:
Dari quite resembles a Snowy Owl in appearance with the addition of tufts upon his head and a long tail ending in a spade. He lacks a beak and instead bears a wide mouth full of razor sharp off-white teeth. In size, he is a bit of an enigma as in he can alter his size to a point. At his largest he can easily accomidate one adult human passenger, maybe two in a bind, but it would be quite a struggle to keep aloft. And at his smallest he could perch upon your forearm. His "thumbs/spurs" have a healing ability if they are allowed to pierce flesh, which comes in handy for himself and others. The clip around his chest holds explosive potion orbs, concocted from his blood, saliva, tears, or some type of venom? No one knows. Maybe its simply just magic! Also so flexable that he can be considered horrifying nightmare fuel~

Personality:
He is quite mellow, though he can be mischevious or emotional at times. He is also very friendly until you give him reason to be otherwise, in which case he is not a very fun creature to play around with. In essence he is a renegade creature, assumed to be a minor demon, no one cares what he does or where he goes. The full extent of his powers are yet unknown.

History:

Dari was once an elite heavenly being; fair, honest, and beloved. It seemed though, he was too naiive for his own good, too trusting.

A fellow being he once considered his closest companion betrayed him for his own misdeeds. The all knowing one, it seemed had been fooled, and so he cast his once trusted elite out of the light; he was stripped of his true name, his wings rended from his flesh.

And yet he had done no wrong...

The once angel sank into the darkness, in time, forgetting all that he was. All that he had been.

Voices there whispered silvered words to the misguided soul as he drifted within the void, promising him revenge, glory, and new wings. A new body.

He only needed give himself over to his new masters. It only took one word, one careless thought for it all to be his...

But the darkness would prove to warp far more than his body.

Dari now exists on the mortal plain wit a patchy memory which he does his best to keep repressed. If he tries to put too many pieces together he goes into a rage, becoming awash with feelings he loathes to come in contact with. It causes the demon far to much confusion and pain to dwell on.

His new name is a broken, jumbled piece of what he was once called. If one were to call his true name his memory might be repaired, but at what cost to what is left of his sanity is unknown.

In time he has fogotten why he is what he is. He is a creature without purpose with an itching feeling in the back of his mind that he is supposed to be doing something important, yet it never comes to him.

He wanders aimlessly with a head full of questions he isnt so sure he wants answered.

His worldview is a bit off considering what he has been though but he hasn't lost hope

Dari will not hesitate to attack/kill when given a valid reason

Can sing but chooses to do so only when alone

Enjoys poetry

Pupils will engulf the entirety of his eyes when he is very upset / has gone off the deep end - He has little control over his root desires in the state - Usually many regrets afterwards

Please do not use for NSFW Content - Other content such as flirting kissing and cuddling are fine but I will decide what is canon and what is OOC

Gore is fine - Vivisection / organs / dismemberment are a NONO
