{ NEW} Please never use any of my designs in things involving CP- R*pe - Racism or anything related to hate crimes. If you do anything like this, I will delete my credit from the character . You will also get insta blacklisted and blocked!
All my art, it doesn't matter if it's an adopt, a commission or anything has to be ALWAYS credited to me when in use
If you have any problem with what you commissioned you can always tell me what you want to get changed. I won't tolerate last minute changes (when coloring is all done and set) since I won't change anything (unless you are paying 30$+ then you have full liberty of changes)
If you want to reference any of my designs just credit me! ^^ (thank you for all the people who have asked before hand! I really appreciate it!)
Please, respect everyone while biding or offering! I might have preference over USD some times , or Characters other times, so please don't be mad if i choose another offer and not yours!
please do NOT TRACE or CLAIM my artwork as yours even after purchase! I can take up to 8h to complete a full body + posing + shading so please be respectful and don't trace my work!
DO NOT sell any of my designs if you got them through a trade. USD can be added as add on but NEVER BE MORE THAN WHAT YOU TRADED FOR.
EX: I offer a character worth: you paid 100$ for my design and the design offered is 50$ in this case 50 $ can be added as add on

When biding be respectful! And don't get mad if I pick USD over AC offers!
When winning the bid always pay beforehand! I won't be giving no Adopt if you haven't paid. Also, right after payment provide your E-mail/Toyhouse to get the HQ version
You can do changes to the Design you purchased, it's totally okay, but never beyond recognition. If big changes need to be done , please contact me before doing anything.
You might draw your Adoptable doing whatever you wish to, no limits (for ref. Please look at "NEW" rule right at the top)
If any problem happens with the Adopt I won't be taking care of it since I'm only a designer and the full responsibility of the Character is yours from the moment you pay me.
(Except for stolen designs , then i will try to help you to the best of my ability)
you can inform me if you are reselling/trading the Adoptable. I won't accept anyone reselling Gifted or traded Adopts. please , make sure this design doesn't go to anyone in my blacklist.

-A: absolutely! Just don't go over board and change the whole design!

-A: yes! As long as credit is always given to me for the design, there is no problem at all! Some extra fees may apply , but nothing to big!

-Q: I'm leaving Toyhouse and i wanna keep the design, is that okay?
-A: yes! If you have already paid for the design , then it's yours to keep! I will make a duplicate that won't be used as medium to keep track of my designs in case my hardware fails! I can keep the design hidden to "only me" if it's requested!

Extra rules:
I do not like anything to do with deleting my characters. But If you decide u want them off the platform go ahead!
Info on hidden characters - since hidden characters might get traded to blacklisted users , i would prefer if you would not do this. On the other hand , feel free to hide your characters as long as it's not traded to blacklisted users
