Aetha is a Hystrican Dragon from the Capital.
Later in the Rostnian Storyline, Aetha is a member of the Logistics Corps, South Rostnian Army, 4th Battalion. She befriends Keira and eventually meets Krypto. Aetha does not meet Kaynar until late in the Rostnian storyline. She's usually a little moody as she has to deal with people pestering her for supplies all day.
