Was orphaned at a young age from a car accident and lived with his aunt in the country until he was 18 and moved back to the city. As a kid he played acoustic guitar but, after moving, quickly found that electric was more his style. So he ran with it. While learning to properly play electric guitar he found a love for rock music and applied for a poition in a small local band as a side-job.
One day at work as they were beginning to close up his boss told him to check the roof pool for anybody who hasn't left. Ollie was the only one still there. He didn't recognize Ollie since he's no were near into pop music. Ollie seized this oppurtunity to try and make a friend. Sammy, in his usual grumpy way, tried to get Ollie to leave. It took some doing, and some flirting from Ollie, but Ollie finally left with Sammy's (bregrudginly given) number in hand. Eventually they started texting eachother and Sammy warmed up to Ollie. Totally optimist x pessimist dynamic.
