TOS;

1) Do not repost or steal my design using yourself as credit. I don’t mind the publicity if you’d like to share it WITH CREDIT .

2) colorpicking and inspiration is OK as long as you have permission from the owner as well. You must give credit though.

3) please don’t take the character of the site without consulting me .

4) please do not sell my characters for more than they are worth. Follow these terms :

-if obtained by a trade: bv: 10

-if obtained by sell through da/usd: bv: that amount ($1/100p)

-if obtained through art: bv: 5

-if obtained freely/through a raffle: bv: 0

DO NOT SELL IF THE BV IS 0. YOU MUST ADD ART TO INCREASE THE WORTH. IF THIS HAPPENS I WILL BLACKLIST YOU FROM MY DESIGNS.

5) When offering , keep in mind I wait a bit before replying . make sure your willing to keep your offer if you comment .

6) no tracing. I don’t care if u own the design or not

7) redesigns are allowed to any extent but don’t remove the original design from the profile . if you do, follow instructions on rule 3 .

8) dont trade the design literally a day after i give it to you ??? smh

9) you can make alternate versions of the character

10) do not trade it to people that are on my blacklist.

ANY DEFYING OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN GETTING BLACKLISTED FROM MY DESIGNS.
