way back in time, brynlee used to be called pizzer, the very young order of heroes summoner who vibed rly hard and took everything like 2% seriously for the majority of book 1, treating everything like the game they figured they were isekaied into, before realizing "wow i DO care about these video game characters, fuck" and getting a major attitude change from "dumbass 15 y/o who takes nothing seriously ever" to "im still a dumbass but at least im actually working towards becoming a better representative of the order of heroes and tactician and overall person"

they go through a lot of development, and find a sort of kinship with veronica (as in, they see her and go "wow ok u look so lonely,,, and it reminds me of Me and no one should be dealing with that too man") to such an extent that they actually go behind the order of heroes' back to work with bruno and use the askrian library, among other askrian resources, and help him find a way to break veronica from their cursed bloodline so that askr and embla can actually have peace between the two kingdoms. it leads to pizzer actually like, kind of being dumb and impulsive and putting themselves in danger a few times to force veronica to actually interact with them vs try and kill them , and it actually starts to work! and theres progress made! and its great!

sadly this all kinda goes to CRAp between book 2 and 3 (ok i dont have a lot of lore for book 2 but thats bc i hate book 2 and want to rewrite it thanks lol) when uhhh one of pizzers , summoner pals kinda goes -bee movie voice- hey and uses godly powers to yeet them into another universe entirely. this guy (my gfs oc, she doesnt have th (yet? owo?)), a fallen god as the summoner named zacharie, can see basically every future and uhhh it turns out pizzers basically just Doomed(tm) in every timeline, they die somehow in every timeline, which basically intrigued zacharie a LOT and thus caused him to alter one (1) pizzers fate (or, well 2 but thats another story lol) by sending them out of zenith and out of that universe entirely. but it was completely outside of pizzers choosing (zacharie knew that pizzer would deny him, bc they would rather die with the people they try to protect rather than abandon them) and so as the plot to book 3 is getting Started pizzer suddenly vanishes.

its time for me to laugh abt dragalia/feh crossover and how that inspired like an entire arc of Pizzer Lore, so uhhh welcome to Pizzer Rises Out Of Summoner Fountain and Gets Adopted By The Fountain Summoner Lady for a While arc ig LOL

pizzer enters dragalia-verse via the summoning fountain (as a kind of poke at its mechanic lol) and just kinda rises out of the water and scares the shit out of this chick that watches over it, especially since they basically werent breathing and were drowning when they rose up HAHA,,, thankfully she manages to save them and they wake up like "ah,,,, where the fuck- oh wait :)" LMAO. this is where pizzer ends up spending a yearish steeping in anger @ zacharie, especially with no real explanation as to how or why he did that to them, and losing their last brain cell assuming that theyll never be able to get back to zenith or askr or veronica and be able to be there for the order of heroes and their duty as a summoner, basically being the other summoners assistant (and wordlessly adopted family lmao) until they catch wind of alfonse, fjorm, n veronicas existence and lose their shit!! im still working out a lot of kinks in the story but they end up not making it to the gate the others left through and have to find their own forced way through back to their og world, fight alongside euden for a bit , make it home somehow. but uhh,,, getting home doesnt work out as planned

Back Home...?

when they step through, back to their world, they only find death and destruction. due to the way time moves differently throughout the multiverse, and how space/time is a fickle thing, by the time pizzer came back to their world, it was completely and utterly dead. and they were absolutely broken by this lmao because they werent there, they couldnt help, and they came to the conclusion that the person who caused this was Zacharie and it was time to find him and kick his ass and make him fix it :)! and then after exploration and hiding from fallen heroes and losing their mind (and keeping diary entries!) they run into thrasir at the portal hel used to enter their world, and pizzer both gets Super Emotional bc "oh god veronica how could i let this happen to you" once they pieced together who it was and they get this emotional , talk before pizzer enters hel, which includes them finding out hel was who actually wiped their world, and them stripping themselves of their summoner name Pizzer, for their real name, Brynlee. this is both a way to punish themselves and a way to set a goal to re-earn it.

once in hel, they run into a couple of ppl: one of their close friends and fellow summoner (a friends oc) but as a general of hel, lif, and even a fallen version of themselves for a brief moment. they find out lif is alfonse when he saves their life and then interrogates the fuck out of them and brynlees like lowkey breaking down and trying to explain that they didnt want to leave, that they were forced out, but then theyre interrupted by their fallen Hel General Form (an amalgamation of all their dead selves who is wholly bent on taking down any living versions of themself but ill get to that and other aus later) which causes lif to open a gate to a random askr and throw brynlee through it before helzer can kill them lol.

Dreams vs Reality

this opens the last two BIG pieces of pizzer lore; 1) dream askr, which is a mindscape world brynlee brought into being by an intense want to go back home and everything to be fixed. they have to find out the hard way that its not actually their world and it cant be fixed this easily. also they can only visit it in their sleep, and everything is , kinda broken. u cant leave the castle, the residents are uhhh a little ?? weird and alfonse and sharena look like death walking (not zombies but like pale skin and tired eyes and alfonse has red eyes to match lif and its just , not fun lol) but this is where brynlee meets a weirdly spiritually connected byleth (and sothis) who have their own fun story arcs (they exist bc of the free mbyleth we got with buying 3h ok i felt like , they needed guidance LMAO and this ended up working out), and then 2) getting discovered by the emblan army and a now empress veronica followed by loki and a mysterious new face brynlee didnt recognize. through this, veronica recruits them bc they Must be Important if they came through a mysterious portal in the emblan territories, and they get both more combat experience (this time as specifically a dark mage, even gaining a,,, Special Tome from loki which comes into play for a bit) and butler training, before quickly becoming one of veronicas right-hands, primarily as a butler, secondarily as a retainer.

after this, they go through book 3 alongside embla, assist a skeptic but thankful bruno with information they had already gathered, and deal with seeing Bitch Ass Zacharie again and wanting to Beat The Shit out of him LMAUJHEGEG...... (theres actually a split here but since this is main timeline stuff im obv gonna go straight on but , ill have an actual AUs section too dont worry) they almost lose themselves bc they tried to unleash Locked Away Magic within the tome, but our Mysterious Friend (whos name is nadir and is another one of my gfs ocs hrhhhhr hhhrhhrh hr) notices yknow, Fallen Hero Purple Aura early enough that he just shoots brynlee to keep them from fucking everything up. nadir and zacharie showdown a bit, nadir fucks him up, then zacharie retaliates and then Smugly Leaves and brynlee loses their fucking shit @ nadir like "bro what the heck i Had Him" and nadirs like "but at what cost?" before passing out cause he uhhhh kinda is injured,,, brynlee is blinded by Rage but then realizes HUH MAYBE NADIR SHOULDNT DIE!

theres a minor gap here of stuff im still developing but at the very least, veronica and the gang are forced to team up with zacharie and the gang, which is FUN, and then they go and they fight hel except brynlee does a STUPID and confronts her ALONE like a DUMB BITCH, and finds out "oh hel cant fix everything? wow! rude! im gonna cry now! and sink farther into my crippling depression!" and then they all fight hel while brynlees probably disassociating off to the side like hmmm rip. they probably get shaken from it and helps out but, overall hels defeated and brynlee cant, cope with the fact they worked so hard for so long and all of it was for seemingly Nothing,,, h,,,

but its ok, because this was a wake up call that they needed. they needed to realize that it wasnt their fault that all this happened, and that while there was nothing they could do to fix it, they did their best, and kept moving forward through every obstacle. to cope with the loss, they turned to writing, and keep a large library of memories to basically make sure that they never forget the ones that first helped them grow into a better human being, because man their past before feh was pretty bad! and they had TERRIBLE issues bc of it (like being kind of a uncaring dumbass kid who didnt take anything seriously lmao) and theyre very important to them. they dont continue their search for reviving their world, but theyre still VERY tense w/ zacharie. but overall, this is where their main story ends. book 4 they spend asleep probably. i havent gotten that far yet ill add more l8r abt dream askr and byleth developments n stuff.

Before Feh

brynlee was orphaned by the mysterious disappearances of their parents, and then hopped around from family member to family member for a majority of their younger years. due to circumstances that were never really??? explained to them, much of their family Despised them and found them more of a burden that their parents had pushed onto the rest of the family. for some reason, no one wanted to take care of them until they were finally homed with an cousin who was, also kind of cast out of the main family due to unknown personal reasons. her and her gf took them in gladly, despite not exactly having the easiest times with money or raising a Traumatized Kid, but they were nothing but kind and loving to brynlee. which was GREAT bc the kid was convinced that they were gonna go their entire life hated like their parents and unloved and disappear like their parents lmao.

school was... hard for brynlee. not in subject, but just in the fact that it was hard to even care to start, let alone do well, and considering how often they moved from school to school because of all the family hopping they didnt have,,, Any Friends outside of their cousin and her gf, so they found the internet literally their favorite place in the world. but uhhh they were a dumb kid lol and while they were super thrilled to get into stuff and talk about it with random ppl on forums and the sort, they really ended up getting too deep into a group of ppl who were, not great ppl. and brynlee built a lot of their early personality around these guys, once theyd broken out of the reclusive shell theyd shied away into. the so called ""friends"" completely ruin brynlees innocence at a pretty young age (like 11-12ish?? dummy impulsive preteen syndrome) and get them to do a buncha crappy stuff for them (including brynlee having a photography interest and them Twisting it to make this 12 y/o take borderline risque pictures for the group) and bully the fuck out of this kid who was just happy to have ppl they thought cared lmao....

at some pt or another, this crew of asshats were taking a road trip and ended up in brynlees homecity, and uhhh without their cousins consent, brynlee decided "im gonna go hang out with these ppl irl!" and uhhh they get forced to do a lot of illegal shit,,, and are harassed and brynlee begins realizing how terrible they actually are. theres a tattoo on their body to represent being the party's Little Bitch that they were forced to get, too, that they keep hidden.

it got to a point where... brynlee had enough, and contacted their cousin, and ducked out of there as fast as they could. the car ride home is Quiet, and as soon as they get home brynlee runs to their room and hides away as their cousins ready to scold the fuck out of them, and theyre locked in there for... a while. and when they come out, theyre like a completely new person - a wild, uncaring disaster gremlin who hides their trauma and pretends nothings wrong. they brush off getting scolded, they brush off school even More than they would, the only thing they really do Anything For anymore is fandom stuff on the internet. they accrue a multitude of interests through there, using them to escape reality, before finally ending up downloading Fire Emblem Heroes on launch day, and...

the name pizzer comes from a funny way to say "pizza" in their little trio, and brynlees usual username for games, and this is what they come to be known as
