Born to Macy and Thunderhead. Stormchaser never really knew his father, considering he disappeared before he was born. Stormchaser grew up in Hermoso, with his older sister, Thundra, and the rest of the herd. He often feels lonely and rejected amongst the herd, especially since his sister has left and his mother now has a new mate and more babies on the way. He is taking more extreme measures to get attention and to get noticed by her and the rest of the herd. He begins to wander to the Free lands and meets a filly named Cirrus. The two of them depart friends. Stormy also meets Chandra, a colt that his mother cared for when his own mother died. The two of them become friends, the first friend Stormy has made in his herd.
He then discovers the herd in distress and finds his mother giving birth to Sokka's children. She is not doing well. He witnesses his mother giving birth first hard and is rather traumatized by it, uncertain of what to think of his family as well as his two new half siblings. He and his mother than have a talk about what happened as well as her answering a couple of questions he has on how exactly babies come into the world. Eventually Stormy introduces his mother to his friend, Cirrus, but the meeting takes a drastic turn for the worse when an unknown colt comes into their gathering and essentially brainwashes Stormy and his mother to a herd called The Whore House. Cirrus follows the pair wondering what's going on. When they all arrive, they are confronted by a stallion called Carnallust the Charmer.
Carnallust the Charmer, armed with his Guard, Tefached (among others), takes Macy, Stormy, and Cirrus all into slavery. They suffer unspeakable torture and obscenity in the captivity of The Whore House, with Stormy's mother being raped and pregnant with a foal of Charm's own. During his time there, Stormy is raped repeatedly by Charm and Tefached and is manipulated into sleeping with Exorcist Alice, one of Charm's daughters. She becomes pregnant and uses this fact to tighten her hold on Stormy and keep him alive and in the Whore House. Eleven months pass and their twins are born - Aziminil and Baazalanan. Only a few days after their birth, Stormy is stolen to Dark Woods by a stallion named Cadoc. He comes to the lands, deeply grateful for the rescue, only to find out that Cadoc did not do it to save him. Stormy is deeply confused and saddened at the fact that even his stealer doesn't want him. He wanders Dark Woods for a bit and meets up with a mare named Eudora, who comforts him and helps him feel more welcome. He pleads then for Reth, the lead of Dark Woods, to rescue Cirrus and Macy, who are still captives in The Whore House. She agrees to help and Cadoc steals Cirrus to Dark Woods as well. Unfortunately, though, they are unable to find Macy. Happy to have Cirrus back at least, the two of them take comfort in each other and decide to leave Dark Woods together and get far far away from the lands that tortured them so much. Eventually, the two of them have a child together - a son named Caelum. The three of them try to heal together as a family.
