Eudialyte here was made differently than the rest of her fellow Eudialyte bunch. She was made by the grand leader of the new era Gravitas, Iris Diamond herself, her purpose being different than the rest.
She would only report directly to Iris and Red on her experiments and research because Iris told her it was a secret that no other gem should know, and who was Eudia to say no.
She even got a Pearl and a Sapphire made for her!! Wowie!!
Ironically for working under 2 Diamonds, Eudia's the most cheerful and bubbly gem you'd see walking around, which somehow makes the rest of her co-workers feel uncomfortable and intimidated by such a gem.
She's not gonna do you anything wrong, can't you see Eudia's goofy smile and need for attention?
Eudia in actuality just acts all goofy and happy around others since her only friends are her Pearl and her Sapphire. She had a lover, another Eudialyte outside the labs but vanished out of nowhere one day.
(This other Eudialyte belonged to a DeviantArt friend who just,,, left one day I miss them ngl)
She's quite sad on the inside and often goes to Iris to vent out a little of those frustrations with Iris carefully listening and telling her it'll get better soon. Eudia loves hearing that honestly.
Eudia too, once called Iris mom out of curiosity, since she learned about human relationships while visiting the Zoomans. Cue Iris becoming a flustered mess and accepting the role as such.
