Himari is a student in the general education department at UA. She strives to be a hero one day for no reason other than the good pay. Unfortunately for her, her quirk is not as extravagant as many of the quirs belonging to the students in the hero classes. She just wants to support her family.
Ochako has the same line of thinking as Himari, but actually has a quirk to give her a place in the hero classes. Himari and Ochako actually attended the same primary school, and ever since then Himari has been watching Ochako from a distance, wishing it was her.
