Venomous Moth Hybrid. Used to be sweet and caring, but a failed  surgery intended to remove her venom glands - while succesful in causing  her to be harmless to others - led to a smaller dose of venom to be  constantly released into her bloodstream. This causes her to be in a near constant state of hysteria and mild insanity.

• 173cm (5'8") tall.
• Prone to sudden and very strong mood swings
• Very hyper, has trouble standing still.
• Tends to provoke fights. 
• Likes sweet food and will steal it if given the opportunity.
• Cant actually fly but will probably punch people that mention this.
• Lives in a large city that lies in permanent sunset and is usually covered in smog.

Feel free to put her in new clothes as well. She'd mostly wear ~knee length dresses or shirt+pants. (this isnt a strict "nothing else" rule, just what i think fits her most)
