Rakei is a huge and terrifying dragon whose wings are said to cause storms when he beats them. Ofcourse, its not his wings that cause the storms. Rakei knows how the weather can be manipulated by simply causing strong gusts of wind to push clouds around, and then mixed with his electric breath it might seem like a storm.
Rakei is old, and he does not feel like putting up with anyone's shit anymore. So angering him is very easy, and you do not want to be on his bad side. He does not have a treasure hoard, except for one mysterious gem that he keeps on an altar in a cleaned up room within his lair. He does however hoard books, and he has HUNDREDS of them of all shapes,sized,topics,and writers.
