Jai is a traveling salesman, never lingering in a town longer than he can sell to them for. He's not very strong, but he's got a lot of survival know-how, and is pretty adept at plundering old ruins for stock. He comes across as a little ditzy, always trying to crack a joke and talk circles around his buyers. His large personality is a way to disarm those around him, because for real if he gets into a physical conflict he will fold--

Jai is a normal human, a fairly rare thing to be nowadays. He hates being recognized and can't really connect with anyone, being on the road and alone for most of his life.
