About: The eldest son of the SHII family, and the second eldest child of the four, Kana-SHII has many a responsibility to keep to. Unlike Reaper and SHII, he isn't out in the line of combat, and instead takes care of the family's matters, and attends High Family meetings in SHII's stead when he is unable to attend himself. He has more free time than he expected to have when he first started getting familiarized with his duties and took on a part-time job, so he spends it enjoying himself and having fun with his friends. He's quite the hopeless romantic, and tends to fall into deep sessions of yearning quite often. He's also quite the considerate and compassionate big brother type, so he's good to come to when advice and a shoulder to cry on is needed.

Extra info:

• He's quite the fashionista, and loves to dress up and partake in photoshoots. He has a want to pursue modelling as a long term career in the future
• He still lives at home with his parents and younger sister, since it isn't seen as odd to stay with the family in adulthood in his family's traditions. He took on a part-time job to pay his way fairly, even if his parents insisted he didn't have to do so
• He's usually the silly friend of his friend groups, and never fails to make them laugh and lift their spirits, which delights him and drives him to keep at it to see his friends happy and smiling
• He can be pretty animated and dramatic in what he says and does, and his reactions to things
• He's not often really sad, but he does have depression. It isn't anywhere near as severe as SHII's, though, so more severe depressive slumps are uncommon and don't last very long. The longest a severe one has ever stuck around was almost three months, whereas SHII is in a constant slump, and the longest of his deepest spirals last at least one year
• He's VERY proud of his sexuality, and won't hesitate to show his pride. He's not subtle about it, either, and LOVES to wear clothing with rainbows on them and/or references to his inclusion in the LGBTQ+ community
• He enjoys talking with Reaper about this topic in general, since they're both gay and have a special MLM/WLW solidarity between them
• He's pretty good at drawing, and even though he doesn't draw much anymore, seeing SHII draw and seeing how amazing his works of art are get Kana motivated to at least doodle a little
• He does, however, read and write quite often, and enjoys all sorts of genres. He's surprised quite a few of his friends when he showed genuine interest and excitement at genres outside of cheesy romance, especially in cases of genuinely enjoying darker themes and/or horror
• He likes to watch cheesy movies sometimes, and if not that broad umbrella genre, he tends to put on a horror film and/or something that tugs at heartstrings, or gets his mind working. His favorite movies to watch with friends on weekend hangouts are horror comedies/parodies, like the Scary Movie series. If he were to have to choose his most favorite movie of all time, it'd be a big tie between The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Beetlejuice, The Addams Family, and Donnie Darko
• He can speak four languages: His native language, English, Japanese, and German. He also recently began learning French, Spanish, and Chinese, but doesn't know them well enough yet to include them in the languages he can understand/communicate in
