about

The Payphone Killer has no traceable motive.
No consistency to the victims, no pattern to the location(geographical or otherwise). Sometimes there are several murders in one town, sometimes just one, and the time in between can be from days to months.

There's only one constant. The phone call.
At each crime scene, shortly after the body is found and authorities arrive(but never before), an investigator will receive a phone call. A phone call of a cloying, distorted voice, teasing and making general mockery.
This is the Payphone Killer's calling card

Lupin - rival(?)

Well, Lupin thinks that they're rivals. Payphone thinks Lupin is entertaining to wind up, especially with all those anger issues. He bares no actual ill-will towards him, but Payphone technically bares no ill-will towards anyone. Doesn't stop him most of the time. Fortunately, Lupin can give as well as he gets

siblings - "Family"

Two sets of twins. One older, one younger. Made Payphone basically the ultimate middle child. Family friction being a catalyst for personality development, Payphone was particularly unlucky in that department. His siblings are alive after the fire, and relatively unhappy with their lost brother for obvious reasons.

Fan - Stalker

Payphone is one of the few members of the Treehouse Club that doesn't mind Fan. He thinks he's pretty entertaining, and finds his incessant stalking more flattering than anything. That doesn't mean he won't engage in some friendly knife fighting with him, but he's pretty used to Fan's whole cockroach deal.
