Hello! I hope that you are thoroughly enjoying your design.

My terms of use are rather simple.

1. Unless your design is part of a closed species that wouldn't allow that, you may use my design for commercial use. However, you must credit me. 2. You may resell your design for more than you bought it if it has additional art. Art you may have made yourself also counts if you wish to put a price tag on that. 3. You are not allowed to sell my designs for more than you bought it if you have not added art to it. That's not cool. 4. You may redesign or add alternative forms as you wish. However, do not remove me as the creator or designer unless you delete all of the art using the design I created. If you do so, you should also remove the value of my design from the character. 5. As per the clause above, you may adapt my design to make it fit in an original species by another creator, but only if the species permits such a thing. 6. You may NOT, however, create an original species (may it be open or closed) based on my designs by, for example, deriving the characteristics of my designs into traits.
