Mazu

The soft rays of the sun were reflecting on the calm waters as a kaleidoscope. A graceful silhouette could be spotted before it dissappeared behind some rocks. A sweet and melodious song echoed in the silence. The sea-lambi was singing sweetly about the underwater treasures in a long forgotten language while trying to make a garland form some twisted algae, decorating them with seashells and starfish.

"- Mazu, what are you doing there?" Asked a dolphin showing its head from the small waves that it created. "You know it is dangerous to spend so much time on the surface"

Mazu's eyes became bigger of surprise, "how did you know I was here"

The dolphin made a sound similar with a cry, which could have passed as an amusing tentative of laughter. "That voice of yours could be heard from miles away, trust me"

Quite embarrassed, Mazu lowered her head. She was often singing out of boredom, usually the sea creatures gathering around to heart the "concert". She was doing that so many times that she's just doing it out of reflex, without even bothering too much.

Mazu is a very respected among the underwater animals, not only because her voice, but also her personality and way to manifest. The sea was always her home and she's feeling way better there than together with other lambies. The inhabitants were always acting towards her as if she was part of their family and they were ready to do anything to protect her.

The ocean is the only place where Mazu is truly happy.
